NAI Brannen Goddard Closes $9.8 Million Office Sale of Cumberland Overlook

ATLANTA, GA – September 25, 2017 – NAI Brannen Goddard is pleased to announce it has closed the sale of Cumberland Overlook, a 105,464 SF office building located at 2700 Cumberland Parkway SE in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket.

NAI Brannen Goddard marketed the property on behalf of the seller, HSSW Properties, and procured the buyer, ICOT North Delaware. The property sold for $9,800,000, $93 per square foot.

The NAI Brannen Goddard sales team representing the seller was led by senior vice president Casey Keitchen. NAI Brannen Goddard retains leasing and property management on the property. The leasing team is led by managing director Jim Devaney, and associate Collin Devaney. As the new owner implements several property improvements, the leasing team will be marketing over 40,000 SF of available contiguous space to new tenants.

Cumberland Overlook is a 5-story multi-tenant office building located in Cobb County. It is directly off I-285 near I-75, Cumberland and Galleria Malls, and has direct access to Silver Comet Trail. Major tenants include Meritage Homes, Jim Chapman Communities, and IDI. The asset sits on 9.22 acres near corporate headquarter offices of Home Depot, Racetrac, and Printpack. The property was 55% occupied at the time of sale.
