Matt Bentley represents industrial owners and tenants and specializes in assisting his clients with real estate strategy and implementation. In the last 24 months, he has sold over 1,500 acres of industrial land for the development of over twelve million square feet of Class “A” e-commerce/distribution centers. Matt currently represents Landlords on over ten million square feet of Class “A” distribution facilities. These Landlords include: IDI, Logistics Property Company, EastGroup Properties, Brookfield Properties, Oakmont Industrial Group, Dermody Properties, Core5 Industrial Partners, High Street Realty, Hines, LBA Logistics, and Euphoric Development, to name a few. In the last few years, Matt has leased millions of square feet of Class A product to tenants such as: Mars Wrigley, Pepsi, Kroger, TJ Maxx, Vanderlande and Lowe’s.

In addition to his experience in industrial real estate, Matt is a graduate of Emory law and a former real estate attorney. Matt’s wide-ranging background in commercial real estate allows Matt to provide his clients with sound advice on a wide array of real estate matters.

In 2022, Matt was the #7 top Industrial Landlord producer with sales and leases of more than $73 million.
