Under his leadership, the company has expanded its services and ranks among the largest commercial real estate firms in Atlanta. Mr. Brannen’s real estate experience spans nearly 40 years following his graduation from Georgia State University.

Michael Chambers

Mike Chambers’ career in commercial real estate exceeds 30 years, and has involved the leasing and sale of property throughout the United States.
He has represented local, national and international clients in land sales and purchases, build-to-suits, development, leasehold acquisitions and consulting. Mr. Chambers is consistently ranked among the top industrial brokers in Atlanta. Mike earned his BBA degree from the University of Georgia and holds many awards from the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and NAI Global.
Jim Devaney

Jim has received numerous awards from various companies and professional organizations for his outstanding accomplishments in the real estate industry. His clients range from start-up companies and international firms to Fortune 500 corporations. He holds an undergraduate degree from Auburn University.
Stan Williams
Managing Director / Principal
With nearly 20 years of experience, Stan Williams has earned a reputation as one of the area's top land brokers. His primary focus is selling land and redevelopment sites for retail, residential, industrial and mixed-use development.
Mr. Williams represents clients ranging from individuals, private companies, and family trusts to companies listed on the NYSE. Stan holds a degree in politics from Princeton University.
