Mike Chambers’ career in commercial real estate extends almost 30 years, and has involved the leasing and sale of property throughout the United States.

He has represented local, national and international clients in land sales and purchases, build-to-suits, development, leasehold acquisitions and consulting. Mr. Chambers is consistently ranked among the top industrial brokers in Atlanta. Mike earned his BBA degree from the University of Georgia and holds many awards from the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and NAI Global.

Mike is actively involved in logistics corporate service activities throughout the United States.

Steve Proctor’s experience in sales and management for over 25 years has awarded him projects from clients worldwide. He is among Atlanta’s most prominent brokers for tenant representation transactions.

Mr. Proctor manages leasing assignments for a variety of buildings and companies in Atlanta. His direct involvement with the redevelopment and repositioning of buildings to expedite a lease or sale is extensive. Steve has a graduate degree in finance from the University of North Carolina and an undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.

Steve specializes in tenant representation and commercial properties with primary focus on Class “A” and “B” office buildings.
