David Beak & Mark Sheffield Broker $49M Sale of North Atlanta Portfolio

NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently facilitated the sale of 575,147 square feet of property spanning 13 buildings across three prominent business parks. Lakeview at Highlands Business Park, Cobb International Business Park, and Brook Hollow Center are all single-story, multi-tenant office/warehouse properties located in prime markets in northeast and northwest Atlanta.

NAI Brannen Goddard managing director David Beak and director Mark Sheffield marketed the properties on behalf of the seller. The business parks were sold together for $49,000,000 to Dogwood Propco II, L.P.

Lakeview at Highlands Business Park is three buildings totalling 150,120 square feet and is located at 4200, 4400, and 4600 Highlands Parkway, Smyrna, Cobb County, Georgia, 30082.

Cobb International Business Park, a five-building, 172,329-square-foot property also in Cobb County, is located at 1890, 1900, 1910, 2000, and 2010 Cobb International Boulevard, Kennesaw, Georgia, 30152.

Brook Hollow Center resides in Gwinnett County, occupying 252,698 square feet spanning five buildings addressed as 5172, 5182, 5192, 5201, and 5202 Brook Hollow Parkway, Norcross, Georgia, 30071.
