Stephen Pond Sells $5.35 Million Cobb County Portfolio

ATLANTA, GA – October 2019 – NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently facilitated the portfolio sale of 800 Industrial Park Drive, a 55,000 square foot, 3.43 acre property, and 850 Industrial Park Drive, a 25,000 square foot, 3.45 acre property. Both warehouse buildings are located in Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia.

NAI Brannen Goddard director Stephen Pond marketed the properties on behalf of the seller, 800 Industrial Park Drive LLC. The portfolio was purchased by Lebow Land Company LLC for $5.35 million, or $66.88 per square foot. Both buildings were 100% leased at the time of sale.

Together the buildings have 10 drive-in doors, six loading docks, and 65 free parking spaces. Tenants of 800 Industrial Park Drive include Equipment Innovators, while 850 Industrial Park Drive is home to Wholesale Xpress. The properties are located just off Cobb Parkway and Canton Road Connector, only 1.7 miles from Interstate 75.
