NAI Brannen Goddard Director Jack Haden is marketing two industrial BTS buildings, together totaling one million square feet, on a 214-acre site in Commerce, Georgia. The site development is led by entrepreneur and developer Joshua Schrager, as detailed in Atlanta Business Chronicle Monday.
The project is located near The Atlanta Dragway, in a competitive area of Banks County with limited available land. “The issue is that there aren’t a lot of industrial sites remaining that have sewer lines already in place with adequate capacity” to handle heavy users, said Jack Haden, as quoted in The Atlanta Journal Constitution Wednesday.
