Deal Commentary: Geodis Logistics, a global transport, logistics, and supply chain company, signed a five-year renewal for its space within the King Mill Distribution Center. Built in 2006, the property was developed by Cousins/Weeks and is owned by Heitman.

Deal Commentary: Target, a global chain and the eighth-largest retailer in the United States, signed a lease for the new Riverside Distribution Center in Lawrenceville. Developed by High Street Logistics Properties and owned by Raco Construction, the new development opened this year and includes 36-foot ceiling heights, two drive-in bays, and 53 external loading docks.
