ATLANTA, GA, October, 2015 – Travel Syndication Technology, formerly a subtenant at Glenridge Highlands One, has switched over to a direct lease.
The company will occupy 16,796 square feet on the 10th floor for 91 additional months, starting in January 2016.
Jim Devaney and Stephen Pond of NAI Brannen Goddard represented Travel Syndication Technology, while Adam Viente and Jeff Frantz with JLL represented the landlord, Cornerstone Realty Advisors.
