CARTERSVILLE, GA – October 2, 2017 – NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently brokered the sale of Stratton Warehouse, a 168,640 SF industrial warehouse located at 415 Grassdale Road in Cartersville, Bartow County, Georgia.
NAI Brannen Goddard marketed the property on behalf of the seller, B & B Realty, and procured the buyer, MJC, Inc. The property sold for $4,050,000, $24 per square foot.
