NAI Brannen Goddard Hires Industry Veteran Madeline K. Wallace as Director of Property Management

ATLANTA, GA – October 17, 2017 – NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, announced that it has hired Madeline K. Wallace as Director of Property Management. In her new role, Ms. Wallace’s management portfolio will consist of over eight million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties.

Previously, Ms. Wallace managed more than 1.5 million square feet of Class A office and over 3.5 million square feet of industrial/flex buildings in the North Fulton, Northeast, and Perimeter submarkets.

Ms. Wallace has spent the last 18 years in property management in the Atlanta area. Her management experience encompasses all product types including office, industrial, and retail. She has been actively employed in commercial real estate since 1999. She has obtained LEED GA certification and holds a degree in Marketing from Georgia State University.
