David Dixon Facilitates New Lease for Jekyll Brewing in Alpharetta City Center

NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, facilitated a new lease at 15 Academy Street, Suite 1E – the future location of Alpharetta’s Jekyll Brewing. 

NAI Brannen Goddard managing director David Dixon worked with Jekyll Brewing to secure this 6,480-square-foot facility in Alpharetta City Center that provides a walkability aspect that the brewery’s previous location at 2855 Marconi Drive could not provide.

A rooftop deck is not the only novel feature Jekyll Brewing is getting in this new location. They will now have a space for guests to sample their unique selection of beer, which their previous 4,859-square-foot facility did not support. 

“This location is different [than the last] in the sense that it’s in a retail hub, so you have a tasting room,” said Dixon. “Furthermore, there is an aspect of exposure and signage that was not possible at the previous location.”

The move to Alpharetta City Center is a momentous one, as Jekyll Brewing was founded via Kickstarter donations in 2013.
