ATLANTA, GA – April 15, 2020 – NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently facilitated the sale of the North Park Business Center. The multi-tenant flex space is located at 3591-3649 Clearview Parkway in Doraville, DeKalb County, Georgia. The property consists of 181,799 total square feet of office, warehouse, and showroom space.

NAI Brannen Goddard Managing Director and Principal David Beak and Director Mark Sheffield represented the seller, New North Park, LLC. The portfolio was sold for $13,700,000 to North Park Business Center, LLC (Mimms Enterprises), on April 14, 2020.

The property is located in the Chamblee/Doraville industrial submarket and has frontage on Interstate 285. It has immediate access to the perimeter as well as Interstate 85 and Buford Highway.
