Brad Pope Reps High Street in Acquisition of Perimeter East

High Street Realty Nets 775,000-SF Business Park in Greater Atlanta

High Street Realty closed its books on 2014 with the acquisition of the Perimeter East Industrial Park in Decatur, GA for an undisclosed amount.

Acquired from Pattillo Industrial Real Estate, the 775,000-square-foot business park is located off Flat Shoals Pky. near I-285 in the Snapfinger Industrial submarket of Atlanta.

Perimeter East Industrial Park is comprised of eight industrial buildings that house operations for RR Donnelly, TJX and Meadow Murke, among others. The facilities were constructed between 1993 and 2003 and mostly range from 40,000 square feet to 89,000 square feet, with the one outlier 3370 Panthersville Rd., which measures 319,000 square feet.

Brad Pope of NAI Brannen Goddard represented High Street Realty in negotiations and, along with Mike Chambers and Jack Haden, is handling leasing at the park. Lavista Associates has been selected as property manager.
