Third Flag Logistics Center
Crown Health Care Laundry Services, a Florida-based health care laundry processor and linen management company, has signed a lease for the remaining available space at the Third Flag Logistics Center in Austell, Georgia.
The company reached a deal with Crow Holdings to lease 104,897 square feet at 7801 Third Flag Parkway SW. It is expected to move into its new space later this year.
Crow Holdings completed development early last year on the Third Flag Logistics Center, a 199,820-square-foot distribution center built on speculation near the Interstate 20-Route 5 interchange and close to Fulton County Airport.
Crown Health Care will join OSM Worldwide, a global logistics management services company out of Chicago that signed for nearly 95,000 square feet in the building last year. The Crown Health Care deal brings the property to fully leased.
