NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently represented Brock Built, LLC in executing a new lease at Interstate North Office Park. The property is located at 280 Interstate North Parkway in Atlanta, Cobb County, Georgia.
NAI Brannen Goddard Managing Director David Dixon assisted Brock Built in signing a new lease for 9,926 square feet. David negotiated a rate at $4 under market, 20% above market in free rent, and full TI for a modern buildout of the space.
Brock Built will benefit from Interstate North’s close proximity to Interstates 285 and 75 and Truist Park, as well as being in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket.
