KENNESAW, GA – April 10, 2018 – NAI Brannen Goddard is pleased to announce that it represented Halpern-Saul, LLC, in the sale of 8105 Cobb Center Drive, a 75,000 square foot industrial warehouse building located within the Cobb International Business Park in Kennesaw, Cobb County, Georgia.

The property traded to Kennesaw Cobb Investments, LLC for $2,669,000, $35.59 per square foot. At the time of sale, the property was 100% leased with four tenants.
