NAI Brannen Goddard Brokers 312,500 SF Warehouse Lease at Cherokee 75 Business Center

Mike Chambers and Jack Haden represented Atlanta Bonded Warehouse in leasing the 312,500 SF industrial warehouse located in Acworth, Georgia. Nathan Anderson and Darren Butler represented the landlord, Cabot Properties.

ACWORTH, GA – June 18, 2018 – NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the lease for Atlanta Bonded Warehouse at Cherokee 75 Business Center. The 312,500 SF single-story warehouse/distribution property is located at 3495 Highway 92 in Acworth, Cherokee County, Georgia. The property is located off Interstate 75 (Exit 277) Highway 92/Cherokee Parkway in the Kennesaw/Acworth Industrial Submarket.

NAI Brannen Goddard managing director Mike Chambers and director Jack Haden represented the tenant, Atlanta Bonded Warehouse, in the transaction. The landlord, Cabot Properties, was represented by NAI Brannen Goddard president Nathan Anderson and managing director Darren Butler.

Cherokee 75 Business Center is a Class A industrial warehouse facility which delivered in May 2018. The building is immediately adjacent to Cherokee 75 Corporate Park and less than two miles from I-75.
