ATLANTA, GA – July 18, 2016 – NAI Brannen Goddard brokered the sale of 1239 Oakleigh Drive, a 275,000-square-foot food grade cooler facility. This property is the only fully operating cooler facility of its size in the Atlanta market. It was formerly used by The Kroger Company as their perishable goods warehouse until they folded perishables into their new distribution facility at Gillem Logistics Center in Forest Park. Jack Haden, Mike Chambers and Bradley C. Pope, SIOR, CCIM represented the sellers, Steve Schwartz and Price Muir, in the transaction. The buyer was Americold.
