AUSTELL, GA – December 19, 2016 – NAI Brannen Goddard announced today that is has closed on the sale of 27.5 acres of land located within Cobb West Business Park in Austell, GA, south of Interstate 20 near Thornton Road. The buyer, a joint venture between Cabot Properties and Seefried Industrial Properties, will use the land for the development of a 281,000 SF industrial build-to-suit slated for delivery in the third quarter of 2017.  

The NAI Brannen Goddard team representing the seller, Jadow Realty Company, was led by Mike Chambers, Jack Haden, and Brad Pope. Seefried-Cabot has also selected the team to market the facility for lease.
