NAI Brannen Goddard Facilitates Transaction for Build-to-Suit Distribution Center in Bartow County

CARTERSVILLE, GA – April 20, 2018 – NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently facilitated the disposition and acquisition of 59 acres at Cassville White Road in Cartersville, Bartow County, Georgia. A 647,000 square foot build-to-suit distribution facility will be developed for buyer Loloi Inc., a designer and wholesaler of rugs and home furnishings.­ The new development is expected to deliver in 2019 and will bring nearly 200 jobs to the area.­
