ATLANTA, GA – MARCH 21, 2019 – NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce that two top-producing brokers, Nathan Anderson, President, and Darren Butler, Managing Director, have again received the CoStar Power Broker award for Top Industrial Leasing.
“CoStar sets the ‘Gold Standard’ for both market information and identifying market leaders in commercial real estate,” said Anderson. “That is why Darren and I feel so privileged to be ranked among such a quality group of professionals in the industry.”
To be considered for the award, brokers must achieve a high number of leased square footage. Brokers can represent either the tenant or landlord to win, and transactions are counted twice when the broker represents both sides of the lease.
CoStar gives out up to 15 awards in this category. Anderson and Butler were two of the 15 chosen to win the 2018 award, and the only two to represent NAI Brannen Goddard. We are proud of them for their achievements and look forward to their successes in 2019.
