Eric Smith and Swan Nicolson Broker $2.15 Million Sale of Northlake Corners

NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently facilitated the sale of Northlake Corners, a 27,424 SF three-story office building located at 3469 Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker, Dekalb County, Georgia.

NAI Brannen Goddard vice president Eric Smith and vice president Swan Nicolson marketed the property on behalf of the owner, Davis Associates, Inc. The property, which was 85% leased at the time of sale, sold for $2,150,000, $78.40 per square foot.

Northlake Corners was built by Tucker Steel in 1985 to serve as their regional headquarters. Located just outside of the Atlanta perimeter at interstate 285 and Lawrenceville Highway, the building is situated in the heart of Tucker, Georgia in the Northlake/Lavista office submarket.
