Stephen Proctor is a Managing Director for NAI Brannen Goddard, specializing in tenant representation and commercial properties, with a primary focus on Class “A” and “B” office buildings. He has completed transactions in all major submarkets throughout Metropolitan Atlanta, with sizes ranging in excess of 150,000 square feet. Proctor’s tenant representation experience includes complex transactions such as high-tech call centers, specialized law firms and corporate headquarters. He also has extensive involvement with buildings requiring redevelopment and repositioning for lease and sale.
