ATLANTA, GA – April 24, 2019 – NAI Brannen Goddard, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently facilitated the sale of 6889, 6899, and 6901 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. The properties together make up 118,274 square feet of office/warehouse space located in Norcross, Gwinnett County, Georgia 30092.
NAI Brannen Goddard managing director David Beak marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Mimms Enterprises, a leasing/acquisition, construction, and property management company based in Roswell, Georgia.
The property sold for $5,500,000, $47.50 per square foot, to Baltisse-Ackerman PIB, LLLP.
The three properties are located in the Doraville Industrial Submarket and are just two and a half miles to Interstate 285.
