Geodis Wilson has signed an extension for its distribution space in McDonough, Georgia.
The global transport, logistics, and supply chain company agreed to remain in 416,704 square feet at the King Mill Distribution Center at 1793 Highway 42 S. The extension is for five years and will keep the company in the building through 2026.
The 795,754-square-foot distribution center was built in 2006 just off Interstate 75 in an industrial corridor home to warehouse and distribution hubs for such companies as Wayfair, Lindt, Tory Burch, and Purple.
A little more than 379,000 square feet remains available for lease at the King Mill Distribution Center, with Nathan Anderson, Darren Butler, and Chris Irby of NAI Brannen Goddard marketing that space for lease. The team also represented building owner Brookfield Property Group in the Geodis Wilson extension, while Adam Richards of Reliant Real Estate Partners represented Geodis Wilson.
Nathan Anderson, Darren Butler, and Chris Irby of NAI Brannen Goddard are handling the listing for Brookfield Properties.
