Construction Starts on Falcon Parkway Logistics Center
CA Ventures is now underway on a two-building speculative project in suburban Atlanta.
NAI Brannen Goddard is marketing Falcon Parkway Logistics Center, a 640,344-square-foot complex being constructed along Interstate 985 at 4020 Falcon Parkway in Flowery Branch.
The planned project includes a 439,115-square-foot, cross-dock facility with 36-foot clear heights, 10 dock doors, four drive-in bays, 213 car parking spaces, and 139 trailer drops. A smaller, adjacent, rear-load building has been designed to total 201,229 square feet with a 32-foot clear height, 38 dock doors, two drive-in bays, 110 car parking spaces, and 37 trailer drops.
The two buildings are being marketed to either a single tenant or multiple end-users, with construction on the project expected to wrap up in the first quarter of 2022.
